    The Villages of Berne offer five unique apartment complexes for the residents of Adams County to choose from. All offer one and two bedroom units, are pet - friendly, and have great lake views, see below for descriptions.

    Chalet Village offers affordable housing for those ages 62 or older and/or disabled, regardless of age. It features a community room, inside mail service and laundry, elevators to second floor, all appliances furnished, front door security system, extra storage areas, electric heat and air conditioning, and emergency call system. 

    Continental Village offers affordable housing with every apartment enjoying a lake view! This property features inside laundry and mail services, private patios, and furnished with kitchen appliances including a dishwasher.

    Park Village offers affordable housing for all ages, our homes include private patios, front door security system, all appliances furnished w/ dishwasher, court yard in back, & inside heated hallways.
