Horicon Oak Grove Redevelopment

The Oak Grove complex is located just minutes away from the Horicon Marsh, elementary and high schools. In 2013 complete renovations of all pubic areas, apartments utilizing green energy improvements and constructions of garages was completed. The complex offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units with private entrances, geo thermal heating and central air, washer and dryer, dishwasher and free Wi-fi within units.  A computer room, exercise room and community room are available for tenant use. There is a large green area, playground and benches located throughout the complex. The 1 and 3-bedroom units are all one level and have accessible private entrances. The 2-bedroom units are bi level units and do not have accessible entrances. The 2-bedroom units have bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. 


In Select ADA unit features- Lowered outlets and countertops, widened doorways, walk in showers with adjustable showerhead, accessible light switches, shelving, doorknobs, windows, flooring and appliances.
